Service Description
Denver's first and only mobile comedy tour! With live talent on board, we'll have you laughing out of your seat as you take in the sights of Colorado's capital city. Operating most Saturdays from 1:00-3:00 PM, we'll be partnering with the Denver Comedy Lounge to bring you smiles in the mile high city, featuring an intermission at Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned passenger ("Passenger") in consideration for being permitted to purchase a ticket and use the transportation services provided by The Crown Bus, also known as Comedy Crown LLC ("Company"). 1. Assumption of Risk Passenger understands and acknowledges that traveling by bus involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, delays, and unforeseen incidents. Passenger voluntarily assumes all risks associated with using the Company’s transportation services. 2. Release and Waiver of Liability Passenger, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm sustained while using the Company’s services, including but not limited to those caused by negligence or acts of third parties. 3. Indemnification Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from their use of the transportation services or any breach of this Waiver. 4. Medical Treatment Passenger acknowledges that the Company does not provide medical services. In the event of injury, Passenger consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary and agrees that the Company is not responsible for any costs incurred. 5. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates. 6. Acknowledgment Passenger acknowledges that they have read and understood this Waiver, are signing it voluntarily, and agree to be bound by its terms.
